On March 15th, Humber College’s postgraduate Event Management students welcomed guests to a night of cinematic magic and a journey over the rainbow with an exclusive screening of everyone’s favourite fantasy film, The Wizard of Oz ! This was not your average night at the movies. The highly anticipated fundraising event featured a pre-film, themed food reception sponsored by St. Louis Bar and Grill and a themed dessert reception immediately following the film, both featuring interactive activities for the entire family to enjoy! Guests joined us in their favourite costumes, checked out the LEGO® Brick Artist at work, took photos with Dorothy and bid in the event's silent auction sponsored by Sears!

With your help, we raised over $5400! All funds raised went towards the Humber College Scholarship Fund and improving Marnie's Lounge at The Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids) in Toronto in order to provide a sense of “home” for those who need it most. After all, there’s no place like home!
